Unexpired government ID with a photograph and signature. The name should match the document.

Fill in the blanks, but leave signature and date lines alone unless we told you otherwise.

Every named signer
Anyone whose signature is being notarized must appear. Witnesses, if the document needs them, too.

A clear surface
A table, tray table, or counter. We need room for the journal, seal, and the documents.

Payment ready
Paid at the signing: cash, Zelle, Venmo, or tap-to-pay card. No usernames on this site. The estimate on your confirmation is what we collect unless the job changes while we’re there.
